Then distillation is performed in traditional alembic by a craftsman of experience. He is careful to only keep the heart warm, head and tail being excluded. The youngest eau-de -vie de kirsch is high, traditionally, glass cylinder with a period of aging needed to achieve a balanced water spirits to the typical flavour.
Tasting Notes: The nose is open with cherry stone flavours, with a rather expressive and lavish intensity. A certain aromatic elegance.In the mouth: the first wave is dry with a generous finish.
